celebrate women's day???

"so another women's day is over" this is the line which my dear freind another great blogger had written. She told that this is totally a male dominated society and women are still the second thing to men.
I would like to say something to this..can anyone just really judge the actual reason as to why women are considered to be the second thing to men. By whatever means women became second but what is the basic reason for that? Answer to this can be very simple if we compare ourselves to other species..many species, we see female powerful like honey bee, termite ant..there males are only workers or similar to something sort of that level only..the answer lies in observation and thats quite simple..the physically weaker sex becomes the second thing and the evolution makes it more weaker or the second thing..still we human evolved and consider man and women equal? why? the answer is simple the weaker section ll always ask for equality but it becomes the liberty of the stronger sex to give them equal rights which have been given by some, now most of the men on earth..only the execution phase is slow.
Nobody can blame only males for this. Women themselves also hamper the image building of the women. It's not only the man who get hung faces on the arrival of the baby girl its also women may be old traditioned who object and then consider the lady who delivered to be as a cursed lady.
We, in India, lead in a democratic country. Its not only man's duty to prove themselves but also women's to do that. When we can accept ourselves to be led by the lady president we can always accept to the lady rising from a lower level also. The key doesn't lies in lady or a man but in accepting yourself under influence of power..may it be lady or a man.
Merely, fighting for reservation in any form will lift the section temporarily but won't result in quality anyway and the result will be again..the second one.
So, come on ladies of india and the world show that you all can be Mrs pratibha patil or Ms Kiran bedi or indra nooyi or barkha dutta..so that nobody calls you second but say the equal half.
My suggestion in respect of any reservation system is that it really doesnt help the cause. When we ask for the reason for bad condition of the country we simply say bad administration..how does that happen..may be bad system..due to bad management and administration..due to bad ministers and politicians..due to bad quality in them......now why bad quality? simple..if any one with a better caliber is not leaded by someone with less caliber chaos are bound to happen..let that be economic or social. Does is make sense that a person with 85 % person sits out and a person with 65% and reservation gets admission everywhere? I don't think so. If u are asked to go for treatment of your child which one doctor who scored 90% and with other doctor 65% and reservation you will go for the 90% (or atleast i ll go for the former one) no matter who is senior or junior. The key doesn't simply lies in rewarding reservation or getting reservations. Instead the system should train, educate, explore, evolute, evolve and bring up the weaker section and make them strong and then should make them compete with the general section. By this system only you can do justice to weaker section as well as the existing stronger section. For proving worth they should all go under one exam..may whatever be the training facilities provided by the system or gained from any source. Then and only then the weaker section will evolve and become strong, may it be downtrodden , schedule caste or women.
